We had Chilton's send a tech to evaluate an outbuilding for termite prevention. He came one afternoon, evaluated it, made recommendations, and gave a price for the treatment. After I followed recommendations to prepare the building, I called for an appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a call letting me know that the tech would be late because of an emergency skunk call. (Yes, the truck smelled mildly of skunk.) The tech called when he arrived at our place. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The final price was the agreed upon price. I am very happy with the service! I also use Chilton's for routine spider and ant service for our house, and am pleased that that service.

I have used Chilton’s a few times now to get rid of our snake problem, ticks, and mice. They came out quick and did a fantastic job!
